Networks, connectivity and infrastructure

Networking and IT infrastructure for offices that need to stay online

When the network fails, the office stops. Atrixo handles the networking you only notice when it is missing: a stable connection, Wi-Fi coverage, correctly configured hardware and a diagram you can understand without being a network engineer.

What the service includes

  • Passive network cabling
  • LAN / WLAN infrastructure
  • Server virtualisation
  • Linux / Windows web server administration
  • Linux / Windows database server management
  • Router and switch configuration
  • Firewall configuration and security
  • Site-to-site secure VPN
  • DNS and NTP service configuration
  • Enterprise email server setup
  • Internet and Wi-Fi setup
  • File sharing solutions
  • IT infrastructure monitoring

What networking means for a small or mid-size firm

We do not sell datacentre racks where they are not needed. We assess the office, user count, printers, cameras, VPN and cloud apps. Then we propose a simple topology: router/firewall, switches, access points, cabling where Wi-Fi is not enough, and a minimal access policy.

We separate staff and guest networks, limit how exposed devices are, and document passwords, VLANs and access points. If you already have hardware, we audit it before recommending replacements.

You can combine this with IT help desk so the same team knows both the network and the workstations.

Problems we solve often

Wi-Fi that works at reception and dies in the open space. Unconfigured switches, messy cabling, one SSID for everyone including visitors. A single ISP with no backup. IP cameras sitting on the same network as accounting.

We intervene once or take ongoing maintenance: basic monitoring, hardware replacement, and expansion when you move office or grow the team.

What we deliver

  • Audit of the current network
  • Logical diagram and equipment list
  • Router, switch and Wi-Fi configuration
  • Separate guest network
  • Access and backup documentation
  • Optional monthly maintenance

Steps

  1. Visit and inventory. We map devices, cabling, coverage and weak points.
  2. Network plan. We propose topology, hardware and the order of work.
  3. Implementation. We configure, label and test connections, Wi-Fi and access.
  4. Handover. You receive documentation, organised credentials and an incident contact.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work remotely without visiting the office?

Initial diagnosis and some configuration can be remote. Cabling, Wi-Fi surveys and physical hardware still need an on-site visit.

Can you work with the equipment we already have?

Yes, if it is suitable. We do not force replacements. If a device is unsafe or unsupported, we explain why and what alternative makes sense.
